How to use a course

  1. Open the course for your grade and term.
  2. Work through lessons in order unless your instructor gives a different plan.
  3. Read each explanation and study the worked examples.
  4. Try the checks and practice problems before opening answers.
  5. Use the progress tracker on this device if it helps you remember what to review.

Teaching approach

Instruction uses clear explanations and visual representations when they help students understand quantities and relationships. Number bonds, bar models, diagrams, number lines, and other strategies are tools for reasoning; they do not replace complete instruction or mathematical understanding.

Course and progress format

This website provides self-paced lessons and practice. It does not currently provide student accounts, assignment submission, instructor feedback, grades, or server-side progress records. The progress tracker saves information in the browser where it is used. Avoid entering a student's name or other personal information into its notes or exported files.

Answer access

Some lesson checks include an answer that opens after you choose to reveal it. Full practice answer keys are kept in a separate parent/instructor reference copy and are not included in the public course site.

Content review

These materials are in an internal instructional stage. Independent educator review, accessibility review, and learner testing have not yet been completed. The courses should not be taken as a claim of measured student outcomes or formal accreditation.
